Delivery conditions

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS:

• We ship orders every day.
• We send products via Montonio to Venipak, UniSend, SmartPOST, DPD and Omniva parcel lockers throughout Estonia. You can also choose courier delivery to your door or collect your order from our shop in the Auriga shopping centre in Kuressaare.
• Delivery to a parcel locker is free for orders of 50 € or more.
• It may happen that a product shown in the online shop is temporarily out of stock. In that case we will contact you and offer a replacement product or a refund.
• We do not ship frozen products. They can be bought on site in our shop.

Delivery prices (VAT included)

Parcel lockers (for orders under 50 €, free from 50 €):
Venipak parcel locker: 1.86 €
UniSend parcel locker: 2.47 €
SmartPOST parcel locker: 2.54 €
DPD Pickup parcel locker: 2.59 €
Omniva parcel locker: 3.10 €
The weight limit for parcel locker deliveries is 30 kg.

Courier delivery:
Smartkuller: 7.38 € (delivery to your house)
CargoBus: 8.00 € (next-day door-to-door delivery)

Click and collect (Auriga shopping centre, Tallinna tn 88, Kuressaare): free
The shop is open Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–18:00.

DELIVERIES DURING HOLIDAYS:
Orders placed during public holidays may take longer than usual to fulfil. We apologise for any longer waiting times and inconvenience. Naturally, we also depend on how the parcel delivery companies operate during the holidays.
