Withdrawal from contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To tell us you are withdrawing, you can fill in the form below or send a clear statement of withdrawal to info@4kappa.ee. We will confirm receipt of your notice by email without delay.

In the "Message" field, please include:

• your order number (you will find it in the order confirmation email);
• the products you wish to return;
• the order date and the date you received the goods.

Example: "I withdraw from the contract. Order no. 3042, returning Flamingo ball, ordered 01.11.2026, received 03.11.2026."

Send the goods back via a parcel locker or bring them to our shop at Tallinna tn 88, Auriga Keskus, Kuressaare, Estonia, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing from the contract. We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you withdraw from the whole contract, we will also refund the original delivery cost, except for any extra cost from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
