It contains 40% venison, plus yellow pea, chickpeas and buckwheat. Crude protein is 28%, crude fat 17%, omega-3 fatty acids 1.1% and the energy content is 3860 kcal/kg. Salmon oil and flaxseed are 3% each. The recipe also includes seaweed, blueberries, inulin, chamomile and sage. Glucosamine comes from hydrolysed crustacean shells and chondroitin from cartilage extract.
The feeding table covers body weights up to 10 kg.
4 Käppa advice: split the daily amount into 2 to 3 equal meals. According to the feeding table, a 4 kg dog needs 60 g a day, so a 2 kg bag lasts about 33 days. Increase the share of the new food gradually over 7 days and always keep fresh drinking water available. A gradual switch gives the tummy time to get used to the new food. If anything seems different from usual, ask your vet.

For dogs over 10 kg, choose Brit Care Adult Medium Breed. Small breed dogs have higher energy needs but a relatively small digestive tract and stomach, so split the daily amount into 2 to 3 equal portions. Serve dry or slightly moistened with warm water. Mix the new food with the previous one at first and increase its share gradually over 7 days. The daily amount may vary with environment, activity and age. Fresh drinking water should always be available.
