An owner notices litter box odour even without any comment from the cat.

Flamingo clumping bentonite litter contains activated carbon granules and has no added fragrance. On contact with moisture it forms firm clumps that you can remove with a scoop.

The granules are 0.3 to 1.2 mm in size. The litter is low in dust. According to the manufacturer, the activated carbon granules bind odour, the fine grains are soft on paws and the litter is also suitable for kittens. By the same manufacturer's estimate, a 12 kg pack lasts one cat about 50 days.

4 Käppa advice: the dark specks in the beige litter are the activated carbon granules. Remove clumps and faeces every day. Change all the litter according to the pack instructions and the condition of the box. Used bentonite litter must not be flushed down the toilet.
