Burgess Excel Light Rabbit Nuggets with Mint 1.5kg
6,63 €/Kg
Burgess Excel Light is a complementary food for adult rabbits from 16 weeks to 5 years that need weight control. Crude fat is 3% and crude protein 13%; the manufacturer's figure for beneficial fibre is 40%. Body weight is driven mainly by the daily amount and the rest of the menu, which is why the manufacturer gives Light its own feeding table. The recipe includes L-carnitine (12.5 mg/kg), which according to the manufacturer supports weight control. Dried mint (1%) adds flavour and the prebiotic FOS (0.4%) supports the gut.
The daily amount by body weight is on the Light pack, and the manufacturer's table is below. Weigh your rabbit regularly to see whether the change is working. Hay remains the main food: 85 to 90% of the daily menu.
4 Käppa tip: if you are not sure whether your rabbit is genuinely overweight or just a large build, ask us before changing the food.
Order Light if it fits your rabbit's weight management plan, and start calmly, together with plenty of hay.
