The pellets contain vitamins and minerals that seeds and grains alone do not provide; for a balanced diet the animal has to eat them too. The composition includes wheat 14%, peas 11.5% and peanuts 9%, with crude protein 15.5% and crude fat 10%. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant. According to the manufacturer, the food suits hamsters, dwarf hamsters, rats, mice and gerbils, in other words omnivorous small rodents.
According to the manufacturer, the daily amount is 10 to 15 g depending on the hamster's size; the exact amount is on the pack. A 400 g bag lasts about a month by calculation. Switch to the new food gradually by mixing it into the current food.

Feeding guide
