Burgess Excel Adult Rabbit Nuggets with Mint 1.5kg
Grass meal is the first ingredient and the manufacturer's figure for beneficial fibre is 40.5%. Fibre supports digestion; natural tooth wear comes mainly from chewing hay. Crude fat is 3%; measure the portion and keep an eye on weight. Dried mint (1%) adds flavour, although every rabbit has its own preferences. The prebiotic FOS supports gut flora.
The nuggets are a complementary food for adult rabbits from 16 weeks to 5 years; the manufacturer says the recipe was developed with vets and nutritionists. Remember that nuggets are a small part of the daily menu: hay or fresh grass should make up 85 to 90% of everything your rabbit eats.

Feeding guide
Complementary food. Daily amount of nuggets according to the manufacturer's table: 1 kg rabbit 20 g; 2 to 3 kg rabbit 40 to 60 g; 4 kg rabbit 80 g; 5 kg rabbit 100 g; see the pack for the exact amount. Hay or fresh grass should make up 85 to 90% of the daily diet, nuggets are a small portion, plus a handful of fresh greens every day. Fresh drinking water must always be available. Change to the new food gradually over 14 to 28 days, mixing it with the previous food.
