Keep the food in the freezer and thaw the amount you need in the fridge, not in a microwave. Follow the instructions on the pack for storing thawed food. Wash your hands, the bowl and any utensils and surfaces that have touched the food. Always keep fresh drinking water available. We do not send frozen raw food via parcel lockers.
